Coverage of the 2015 FIM Snowcross World Championship

ÄLVBYN (Sweden), 19 March 2015 - The moment the world’s fastest snowcross riders have been waiting for is here! This weekend, 20th and 21st of March, the 2015 FIM Snowcross World Championship and FIM Women’s Snowcross World Cup will kick off in Älvbyn, Sweden.
With a two day format, Friday 20th for warm-up and practice and Saturday 21st hosting both qualifying and championship races, 38 hard-core snowcrossers will go bar to bar in contention for the 2015 world snowcross crown.
All five of last years top five will line up again this weekend, names such as the two times FIM Snowcross World Champion, Sweden’s own, Adam Renheim will race against fellow Swedes, the 2014 vice world champion Emil Öhman, Nisse Kjellström, Oskar Norum and Filip Eriksson.
Meanwhile in the women’s category, Sweden’s Elina Öhman will have a crack at defending her crown.
As for TV coverage, Youthstream will have a crew of TV staff onsite to document the event. Two videos will be made; CBS Sports Network will receive a 22mn Magazine of which will be broadcasted in the United States and Canada on the 5th of April 1pm EST and 10am PST. Meanwhile the rest of the world can tune into www.MXGP-TV.com to watch the 26mn Magazine of the FIM Snowcross World Championship which will be released on the 2nd of April and will also be broadcasted on all channels that follow the MXGP season such as Eurosport, Motors TV, Fox Latin America, Bandsports, Fox Sports Asia, MTV 3, Sport 1, Kreator TV , Sport TV Slovenia, and True Vision Thailand.
